| 摘 要： | 目的探讨普林格尔产后康复仪治疗产后尿潴留疗效的观察和护理。方法将两片治疗片涂上耦合剂分别置于产妇骶尾部和耻骨联合处即膀胱区,调节频率,每次30min。结果显效26例,显效率为86.7%;有效3例,有效率为10%;无效1例,无效率为3.3%。结论普林格尔仪治疗产后尿潴留减轻了患者的痛苦,患者易接受。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical observation and nursing care of patients with postpartum urinary retention treated with Pringle postpartum rehabilitation instrument.Methods Two treatment slices(electrode slices)applied with coupling medium were placed on sacroiliac and pubic symphysis(i.e.urinary bladder zone)of the puerperas respectively,with frequency adjusted and treated for 30min toties quoties.Results 26 patients(80%)showed obvious effect,3 cases(10%)effective,and only 1 case(3.3%)was found to be ineffective.Conclusion Pringle instrument is proved to be tolerable and effective in relieving suffering of patients with postpartum urinary retention. |
