临床药师参与阿莫西林胶囊致过敏性休克患者的药学服务

目的探讨临床药师参与临床药品不良反应处理的方法和意义。方法临床药师参与1例阿莫西林胶囊致过敏性休克患者的药学服务。分析不良反应发生的原因提出相关处理意见。促进临床合理用药。结果临床药师通过对不良反应病人的药学监护，提出合理建议，促进合理用药。结论临床药师作为治疗团队的中重要的一员，可以从患者用药以及不良反应的药学监护出发参与临床治疗工作，提高自身价值。

Pharmaceutical Care for a Patient with Allergic Shock Induced by Amoxicillin Capsules

OBJECTIVE To explore the approaches the management of adverse drug reactions. METHODS and significance for clinical pharmacists to participate in Pharmaceutical care was given for a Patient with allergic shock induced by Amoxicillin Capsules, the causes of the allergic shock induced by AmoxiciUin Capsules was analyzed. RESULTS Clinical pharmacists could put forward reasonable proposals to promote the rational use of medi- cines by giving a pharmaceutical care for a Patient with adverse reactions. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacist is one of the important members of the treatment team and the pharmaceutical care for patients with adverse drug reactions can be regarded as a starting point for clinical pharmacist to participate in clinical work to clinical rational drug use.
