改良纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂的临床对比研究

目的探讨改良纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂的临床疗效。方法选取166例慢性肛裂患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各83例,对照组患者采用传统肛裂切除术治疗,观察组患者采用改良纵切横缝术治疗。观察两组患者术后水肿疼痛程度及临床疗效。结果观察组肛管直径明显大于对照组；水肿重度疼痛发生率（3.61%）、住院时间明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论改良纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂,可有效扩大肛管直径,降低术后切口水肿疼痛,缩短切口愈合时间,与传统肛裂切除术相比具有较大的优势。

The Comparative Clinical Studies for the Treatment of Chronic Anal Fissure by Improved Longitudinal Section Transverse Suture

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic anal fissure by improved longitudinal section transverse suture.Methods 166 patients with chronic anal fissure were randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 83 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traditional excision of anal fissure and the observation group was for improved longitudinal section transverse suture.The clinical efficacy and degree of edema pain were observed in two groups.Results The diameter of anal tube in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the incidence rate of edema in severe pain（3.61%） and hospitalization time were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The way of the treatment of chronic anal fissure by improved longitudinal section transverse suture can effectively expand the anal canal diameter,reduce the postoperative incision edema pain,shorten the wound healing time and had more advantages compared with the traditional excision of anal fissure.
