香菇多糖联合吉西他滨及顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的Meta分析

目的系统评价香菇多糖联合吉西他滨及顺铂（GP方案）对非小细胞肺癌患者临床疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法采用循证医学系统评价方法,计算机检索电子数据库：中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方科技期刊全文数据库（WF）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）和中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）。收集香菇多糖联合GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的随机对照试验（RCTs）,按纳入排除标准选择文献、质量评估、提取有效数据,采用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10篇随机对照研究,共704例病例。Meta分析结果显示：与单纯GP方案化疗比较,香菇多糖联合GP方案在近期有效率、患者的生活质量、骨髓抑制等毒副反应的发生率以及提高患者免疫功能均优于单纯GP方案,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论香菇多糖联合GP方案较单纯GP化疗方案更有效,并能增强患者免疫功能,改善患者的生存质量。

A Meta-Analysis of Lentinan combined and with Gemcitabine and Cisplatin Chemotherapy for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To evaluate the chemotherapy efficacy and immune function of Lentinan combined with Gemcitabine and Cisplatin（GP regimen） for non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Chinese Academic Journal（CNKI）,Wanfang Database（WF）,Weipu Database（VIP） and Chinese Biomedicine Database（CBM） were retrieved by computer.Other retrieval methods and randomized controlled trials（RCT） of Lentinan combined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer were also involved into the study.RevMan 4.2 software was used for statistical analysis.Results 10 qualified literatures were involved,covering 704 patients.The analysis showed that compared with mere GP chemotherapy,Lentinan combined with GP chemotherapy could effectively improve short-term efficacy,improve patients＇ quality of life and immune function,reduce the incidence of bone marrow suppression（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Lentinan combined with GP chemotherapy is an effective regimen in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer by improving patients＇ short-term efficacy,life quality and immune function.
