避光药品认知度的帕累托图分析

目的通过对避光药品认知度的分析,寻找原因及时了解其认知度的影响因素,为医院避光药品规范使用与管理提供依据。方法收集我院质控科对避光药品管理使用检查报告。药师设计问卷,对我院护理人员避光药品认知度做系统调查,对其影响因素进行帕累托图分析。结果 300份避光药品认知度调查问卷,帕累托图显示9种认识度影响因素,避光药品目录,光解原理、光敏反应为主要因素,并对其分析。结论我院护士对避光药品的规范使用认识不足,导致避光药品在管理使用、贮藏中出现一些问题,药师应根据其影响因素、针对性加强护理人员避光药品相关知识的培训和药学服务。

The Pareto Chart Analysis of the Cognition of the Photophobic Pharmaceutical

OBJECTIVE To find out the factors that influence the cognition so as to provide a basis for the standard use and management of the photophobic pharmaceutical through analyzing the cognition of the photophobic pharmaceutical. METHODS The inspection reports of the use and management of the photophobic pharmaceutical in our hospital were collected,the pharmacist designed a questionnaire for the systematical survey on the cognition of the photophobic pharmaceutical and analyzes the factors that influence the cognition by using a Pareto chart. RESULTS The Pareto chart of the 300 questionnaires showed 9 influential factors,among which the catalog of the pharmaceutical,the photolysis principle and the photosensitized reaction were the main factors. CONCLUSION The cognition of the photophobic pharmaceutical of the nursing staff in our hospital still needs improving,which leads to some problems in the use,management and storage of the photophobic pharmaceutical. Pharmacists should enhance the training of the nursing staff about the photophobic pharmaceutical according to the influential factors so as to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care.
