摘    要:目的采用HPLC法测定金毛耳草中芦丁的含量。方法采用Dikma C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.3%冰醋酸(18∶82),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长350nm,柱温:25℃。结果芦丁的质量浓度在5.3μg·mL-1~85.0μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为97.88%,RSD为0.75%。结论本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为金毛耳草药材的质量控制方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of rutin in Hedyotis chrysoticha by HPLC. METHODS The separation was performed on a Dikma C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6mm,5μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 3% acetic acid( 18 ∶ 82). The flow rate was 1. 0mL·min- 1. The detection wavelength was350 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. RESULTS The calibration cure of rutin was performed over the range of 5. 3μg·mL- 1~ 85. 0μg·mL- 1. The average recovery was 97. 88% with RSD of 0. 75%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Hedyotis chrysoticha.
