| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床药师参与化疗致重度骨髓抑制患者治疗过程中用药监护策略。方法临床药师参与1例舌癌患者应用GP方案（吉西他滨＋顺铂）化疗后重度骨髓抑制的治疗全程,对升白细胞、升血小板及抗感染药物的合理使用情况进行药学监护。结果本例患者白细胞和血小板均明显恢复,病情稳定出院。结论临床药师积极参与临床药学监护,可以协同医生优化给药方案,更有利于患者的用药安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the strategies of pharmaceutical care in treatment of myeloablation induced by chemotherapy by clinical pharmacists. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in drug treatment of a tongue cancer patient with myeloablation induced by GP scheme chemotherapy（ Gemcitabine ＋ Cisplatin）,and the pharmaceutical care was performed for reasonable use of leukogenic,thrombopoietic and anti-infection drugs. Results The patient＇s levels of leucocyte and platelets obviously improved,and the patient was discharged from hospital after the condition became stable. Conclusion Participation of clinical pharmacists in clinical pharmaceutical care may help clinicians make optimized dose schedule,and better ensure the safety and efficacy of drug use. |
