对映体海松烷二萜类化合物及其生物活性研究进展

摘    要:对映体海松烷二萜类化合物是海松烷二萜中数量最多的生物活性分子之一,其广泛存在于菊科、豆科、大戟科等双子叶植物中,尤其在菊科旆莶属中大量存在。对映体海松烷二萜的基本母环是三环二萜,其拥有多种药理活性,尤其是它针对NF—κB,IL-1等的作用。本文对近10年以来国内外报道的对映体海松烷二萜类化合物进行了汇总,并对其生物活性研究进行综述,评估了这类化合物作为抗炎,抗菌药物的开发潜力及目前存在的问题,并且对其发展前景做了展望。

Abstract:Ent-pimarane diterpenes are one of the most abundant compounds in pimarane diterpenes. They spread widely in compositae, leguminosae, euphorbiaceae and etc. Their basic structure is a three-ring system. These compounds display different kinds of biological activities, such as the anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and etc. In this paper, all kinds of ent-pimarane compounds isolated from 2000 year, as well as their bioactivities were reviewed in detail. Further,their potential as anti-inflammatory drugs andresearch prospects were discussed.
