瑞舒伐他汀对老年高血压患者脉压及抗炎抗氧化的影响

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对老年高血压患者脉压（PP）及抗炎抗氧化的影响。方法 96例老年高血压患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例,对照组患者服用硝苯地平缓释片（5mg/片）,5mg/d,观察组在对照组基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀（10mg/片）每次10mg,每晚1次,6个月后比较两组患者PP、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和白细胞介素18（IL-18）的改变。结果与对照组比较,除SBP外,观察组DBP、PP、hs-CRP以及IL-18均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组血压与hs-CRP、IL-18均具有明显相关性。结论瑞舒伐他汀可有效降低PP作用,可能与其抗炎作用有关。

The Effects of Rosuvastatin on Pulse Pressure and Antioxidant and Anti-inflammatory Functions in elderly patients with hypertension

Objective to study the effects of Rosuvastatin on pulse pressure and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory functions in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 96 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group took the Extended Release Nifedipine Tabletsgroup 5 mg once a day（5 mg/p）.The observation group,basing on the control group,took the Rosuvastatin 10 mg once a night（10 mg/p）.After 6months,the changes of pulse pressure（pp）,high sensitive C reactive protein（hs-CRP） and interleukin 18（IL-18） in the two groups were compared.Results The observations of DBP,PP,hs-CRP and IL-18 were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）.The blood pressure were significantly correlated with hs-CRP and IL-18 between the two groups.Conclusions The Rosuvastatin can effectively reduce the pulse pressure（pp）,which may be related to its anti-inflammatory effects.
