支气管动脉灌注化疗联合热疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效分析

目的 观察支气管动脉灌注化疗联合体外深部热疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效.方法 将76 例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用通过支气管动脉灌注联合体外深部热疗,对照组单纯应用支气管动脉灌注化疗,2 个疗程后观察2 组疗效、不良反应及生活质量.结果 治疗组完全缓的17 例,部分缓解10 例,稳定7 例,进展4 例;对照组完全缓解6 例,部分缓解10 例,稳定14 例,进展8 例,2 组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组胃肠道反应≥Ⅲ度者16 例,骨髓抑制≥Ⅲ度者12 例,其它7 例,对照组胃肠道反应≥Ⅲ度者13 例,骨髓抑制≥Ⅲ度者9 例,其它11 例,2 组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗组生活质量完全改善13 例,部分缓解15 例,稳定6 例,进展4 例;对照组完全缓解7 例,部分缓解9 例,稳定15 例,进展7 例,2 组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 支气管动脉灌注化疗与联合体外深部热疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效优于单纯动脉灌注化疗,能明显改善患者生活质量,不良反应无明显差别.

Clinical Analysis of Curative Effect of GP Chemotherapy Regimen and GP Combined Deep Hyperthermia Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Pleural Effusion

Objective To Discuss the effection of GP chemotherapy regimen and GP combined deep hyperthermia treatment of non-small cell lung cancer Pleural effusion.Methods 46 non-small cell lung cancer patients with pleural effusion who were randomly divided into treatment group and control groups.The treatment group were applied GP regimen combined deep hyperthermia,and the control group were applied GP regimen.After two weeks evaluate their efficacy.Result In The treatment group of pleural effusion,there are 9 cases complete remission and 8 cases partial remission and 4 cases stable and 2 cases Increase,but in the control groups,there are 4 cases complete remission and 6 cases partial remission and 8 cases stable and 5 cases Increase.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effection of GP regimen combined deep hyperthermia treatment of non-small cell lung cancer Pleural effusion is Superior to chemotherapy alone,can relieve pain and improve patients’ quality of life.
