| 摘 要： | 目的 观察参芍汤对干燥综合征患者唾液分泌的影响,评价该方法在干燥综合征治疗中的干预作用.方法 参芍汤口服,每日1 剂,每日2 次,14d 为1 个疗程,连续服用3 个疗程,对比治疗前后的腮腺ECT 的放射性比值、泪液分泌量以及唾液分泌量.结果:服用参芍汤后,患者在腮腺 ECT 的放射性比值、泪液分泌量以及唾液分泌量方面与治疗前比较,均有显著性差异.结论 参芍汤能较好的缓解干燥综合征的病情,阻止其进一步损伤唾液腺,同时有效改善唾液腺的分泌功能.

| Abstract: | Objectives To evaluate the function of Shenshao herb soup to Sjogren Syndrome Patients by observing the changing of level of ptysma and tear.Method We treated SS patients with Shenshao herb soup.After three-course treatment,we analysis the level of ptysma and tears of prior treatment and post treatment.Conclusion:It is significantly rapid effective to treat SS patients with Shenshao herb soup.And it can increase the level of ptysma and tears. |
