| 中药止咳平喘方对支原体诱发哮喘患儿Th亚群和IgE的影响 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药止咳平喘方对支原体诱发小儿哮喘Th亚群细胞因子和IgE的调节作用。方法:将118例支原体诱发哮喘患儿随机分为中药止咳平喘方治疗组59例和西药对照组59例,分别采用中药止咳平喘方、阿奇霉素治疗,观察两组患儿治疗前后血清中Th亚群(IL-12、IL-4)和IgE的含量变化。结果:中药止咳平喘方治疗组血中IL-12显著高于对照组,IL-4和IgE显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药止咳平喘方对支原体诱发小儿哮喘具有较好疗效,其作用机制可能与提高患儿IL-12水平、降低IL-4和IgE水平有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the Influence of Zhike Pingchuan Decoction(ZPD)on adjusting Th cytokine and immunoglobulin E in children with asthma induced by mycoplasma pneumoniae.Methods:118 cases of children with asthma induced by mycoplasma pneumoniae were divided into ZPD treatment group,n=59,and western medicine group as control,n=59,The contents of Th cytokine IL-12,IL-4 and IgE of serum were detected and analyzed.Results:The level of IL-12 in the ZPD treatment group were significantly higher than control(P<0.01),There were positive decreased IL-4 and IgE levels in the a ZPD treatment group than control(P<0.01).Conclusion:ZPD is effective on preventing and curing children with asthma induced by mycoplasma pneumoniae,its mechanism are related with increasing IL-12 and decreasing IL-4 and IgE in the patients. |
