| 摘 要： | 目的探讨如何应用整形美容外科的原则和技术,提高美容修复面部皮肤软组织外伤的手术效果。方法自2006年1月至2009年3月,在121例面部皮肤软组织外伤急诊清创术中,对面部不同的部位,均应用整形美容外科原则,彻底清创,修整伤口,彻底止血、无张力精细缝合。结果所有病例均应用整形美容外科技术和原则,伤口均得到Ⅰ期愈合,瘢痕纤细并术后随访1～12个月,未发生伤口瘢痕增生和错位畸形等并发症。结论在面部外伤的急诊处理中,应用整形美容外科技术能够最大限度地修复美化伤口、恢复面部功能和形态,并减少术后伤口瘢痕增生发生,满足患者的美容要求。
