摘    要:目的探讨阴道液中α1-微球蛋白(PAMG-1)定性检测诊断胎膜早破的价值。方法分析62例胎膜早破病例和38例胎膜未破病例的阴道液中PAMG-1、pH和HCG检测结果。结果PAMG-1检测胎膜早破的灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别为98.39%、100%和99.00%,阳性预测值为100%,阴性预测值为97,44%,灵敏度、准确度和阴性预测值明显高于pH和HCG方法,差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论少量阴道液PAMG-1检测对胎膜早破的诊断优于pH和HCG,且同样具有简单、快速、无创伤、实用的优点。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of qualitative detection of vaginal fluid PAMG-1 in premature rupture of fetal membrane (PROM). Methods To analyze the examination result of vaginal fluid PAMG-1, pH and HCG level in 62 cases of PROM and 38 cases of non-PROM. Results The PAMG-1 test demonstrated a sensitivity of 98.39%, specificity of 100%, accuracy of 99.00%, positive predictive value of 100%,and a negative predictive value of 97.44%. for the diagnosis of premature rupture of fetal membrane. Conclusion Detection of vaginal fluid PAMG-1 is more valuable then the detection of pH and HCG examines, which is equally simple, fleetness, harmless and practical.
