直肠癌患者术前替加氟局部肛栓对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的探讨替加氟局部肛栓对直肠癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法54例直肠癌患者,30例(试验组)手术前行替加氟局部肛栓化疗,500 mg/次,2次/d,共14 d。24例(对照组)术前未行化疗。结果试验组化疗结束及术后1周的CD 4/CD 8较化疗前明显提高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组手术后1周与手术前比较各项指标均较手术前无显著性差异;手术后组间比较亦无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论直肠癌患者术前替加氟栓局部肛栓化疗能改善免疫状态,是一种安全、有效、方便的给药途经。

Effect on T-lymphocyte Subsets of Preoperative Intrarectal Administration of Tegafur Emulsion in Rectal Cancer

Objective To investigate of the changes of Tlymphocyte subsets of preoperative intrarectal administration of tegafur emulsion in rectal cancer.Methods 54 rectal cancer patients were underwent radical resection.Among them,30 cases ranged as experiment group were added local chemotherapy preoperatively by intrarectal administration with tegafur emulsion,with a dosage of 500 mg per time,Bid for 14 days.The other 24 cases were ranged as control group.Results In experiment group,the level of CD 4/CD 8 was obviously increasing at the end of chemotherapy and 1-week after the operation than that of pre-chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative intrarectal administration of tegafur emulsion can improve!the immune state for rectal cancer,and regards a safe,effective and convenient administration approach.
