急性脑梗死降纤与溶栓治疗的回顾性对比研究

①目的　比较降纤酶与尿激酶治疗急性脑梗死的效果。②方法　符合入选标准的病人分别给予降纤酶 (降纤酶组 )、尿激酶 (尿激酶组 )、生理盐水 (对照组 )治疗。③结果　降纤酶组及尿激酶组与对照组疗效比较均有显著差异 (t=2 .0 32～ 3.0 34,P <0 .0 5 )。尿激酶组在 2 4h内快速起效 ,而降纤酶组在应用 7d时神经功能评分出现明显改善 ,90d时二者Barthel指数比较无统计学差别 (t=0 .36 1,P >0 .0 5 )。④结论　降纤酶与尿激酶治疗急性脑梗死的远期效果相当 ,但短期效果以尿激酶为优

A RETROSPECTIVELY CONTROLLED STUDY ON DEFIBRASE AND UROKINASE TREATMENT OF ACUTE CEREBRAL THROMBOSIS

Objective To compare the effects of defibrase and urokinase in acute cerebral thrombosis. Methods The patients were divided into three groups (defibrase group, urokinase group and control group), and defibrase, urokinase, and normal saline were given separately. Results Both defibrase and urokinase improved neural functions significantly (t=2.032- 3.034,P<0.05). Urokinase showed rapid effect within 24 hours, and defibrase improved the function of nerve markedly after seven days, but the scores of the two groups were not statistically significant on 90 days (t=0.361,P>0.05). Conclusion Defibrase and urokinase have similar effects on acute cerebral thrombosis in long-term result, but in view of short-term, urokinase is superior.
