259例老年人后牙根管治疗期间疼痛的临床分析

目的:探讨老年人后牙根管治疗期间疼痛发生的相关因素.方法:对259例老年患者需根管治疗患牙进行临床观察.结果:老年人根管治疗期间疼痛发生率为22.78%.根尖周炎及牙髓坏死术后疼痛率明显高于急、慢性牙髓炎(P<0.05).下后牙术后疼痛率明显高于上后牙,根尖有阴影低于无阴影者,术前有叩痛者高于无叩痛者,无窦道的患牙发生疼痛明显高于有窦道的患牙,差异均有显著性(P<0.01).结论:老年人后牙根管治疗期间疼痛的发生率与牙位、患牙情况及医生的技术操作等有关.为了预防老年人后牙根管治疗期间发生疼痛,应根据患牙的实际情况对其进行适当的处理,做个体化治疗.

Clinical analysis of pain in 259 cases of elderly patients during root canal treatment of posterior teeth
