摘    要:目的评价外源性补充磷酸肌酸对PCI术后心肌损伤的影响。方法选择接受PCI的冠心病患者200例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组采用指南推荐的常规治疗方案,试验组在常规治疗的基础上,术后即刻给予磷酸肌酸钠静脉滴注,2次/d,2 g/次,连续应用3 d。所有患者PCI术前及术后3 d检测肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)和肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平。结果试验组与对照组PCI术前CK-MB和cTnI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组PCI术后CK-MB及cTnI较试验组明显升高(P<0.01)。试验组PCI术后CK-MB和cTnI升高1~3倍和>3倍的比例均明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论冠心病患者PCI术后即刻给予外源性磷酸肌酸有助于减少心肌损伤。

The role of exogenous phosphocreatine in myocardial injury after PCI
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the role of exogenous creatine phosphate supplement in myocardial injury after PCI.Methods A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease receiving PCI were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups of 100 cases each.Patients in control group were given conventional treatment recommended by guidelines.Patients in experimental group were given intravenous drip of sodium phosphocreatine 2 g bid for 3 days on the basis of routine treatment.Creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB) and troponin I were examined before and 3 days after PCI.Results CK-MB and troponin I had no significant difference between the two groups before PCI.The CK-MB(P<0.01) and troponin I levels(P<0.01) of control group were significantly higher than those of experimental group after PCI.The proportions of patients with increase in CK-MB levels by 1-3 times and more than 3 times above the normal upper limit in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01) after PCI.Conclusion Exogenous creatine phosphate given to patients with coronary heart disease immediately after PCI helps to reduce myocardial injury.
