| 摘 要： | 目的:观察"腰痛定"对体外培养星形胶质细胞(脊髓)增殖能力的影响.方法:取经过传代培养的小鼠(脊髓)星形胶质细胞,随机分为实验组和对照组.MTT比色法观察星形胶质细胞在体外培养24 h、48 h和72 h后的增殖情况.结果:腰痛定低浓度(6 mg/ml)组对星形胶质细胞增殖有明显促进作用,尤其是72 h后MTT测试结果与对照组相比差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论:"腰痛定"在适当浓度范围内可以促进星形胶质细胞增殖.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect on growth of rat Astrocyte in spinal cord with YaoTongDing Injection in vitro.Methods:The subcultured Astrocyte from spinal cord of rats were cultrued in vitro and randomly divided into YaoTongDing group and Control group.MTT is established as a proper method for assaying the proliferation(respectively after 24,48and 72 hours).Results:The concentration at 6 mg/ml of YaoTongDing significantly induced Astrocyte cell prolferation better than DMEM cell culture medium,and more,the difference on the values of MTT was statistical significant after 72 hours (P<0.05).Conclusions:YaoTongDing at the optimal concentration is effective on inducing the proliferation of Astrocyte cells. |
