非小细胞肺癌FHIT基因表达研究

摘    要:目的 研究FHIT(fragilehistidinetriad)基因在人类非小细胞肺癌中的表达下调及与临床病理特征的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学 (S-P)法检测了 80例非小细胞肺癌组织标本和 40例肺良性病变组织中FHIT基因的表达水平。结果 非小细胞肺癌组织中FHIT基因表达水平 (57. 5% )显著低于肺良性病变组织(90. 0% ),P< 0. 01;非小细胞肺癌组织中FHIT基因表达水平降低与肺癌组织学类型、细胞分化程度、患者P-TNM分期、是否有淋巴结转移存在相关性(P<0. 05);非小细胞肺癌组织中FHIT基因表达水平降低与患者是否长期大量吸烟存在相关性(P<0. 05)。结论 FHIT基因表达下调与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of FHIT (fragile histidine triad)gene in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The expression of FHIT gene was detected in 80 NSCLC cases and 40 lung benign lesion tissues as control by immunohistochemistry(S-P).Results The expression level of FHIT gene was found to be significantly lower in NSCLC tissues (57.5%)than in benign lesion tissues(90.0%) (P<0.01);The expression level of FHIT gene was closely related to histological classification,cancer cell differentiation,P-TNM stages and lymph node involvement in lung cancer patients(P<0.05);The expression level of FHIT gene was closely related to lasting and heavy smoking(P<0.05). Conclusion The reduction of FHIT gene expression may be related to the pathogenesis and development of lung cancer.
