湖北省丝虫病监测

摘    要:湖北省基本消灭丝虫病后1989~1994年横向监测69个县(市)的1096个村,血检1115302人,查出微丝蚴血症者143人,平均微丝蚴率为0.013%,各年微丝蚴率依次为0.028%、0.025%、0.008%、0.006%、0.004%、0.002%。解剖致倦库蚊26725只,未发现幼丝虫,解剖中华按蚊32960只,仅1989年发现阳性蚊2只,1992年发现阳性蚊1只。血清学监测流行区人群平均抗体阳性率为2.08%~2.70%,与非流行区抗体水平相近,表明湖北省已有效地阻止了丝虫病的传播。

Abstract:Cross sectional surveillance was carried out from 1989 to 1994 in 1096 villages of 69 counties in Hubei province, where filariasis had been basically eradicated. Among 1 115 302 persons surveyed, 143 microfilaremia patients were found by blood examination. The average microfilaremia rate(MFR) was 0. 013%,with the annual microfilaremia rates of 0.028%,0.025%,0.008%,0.006%,0.004%,and 0.002%from 1989 to 1994 respectively.No natural filarial infection was found in 26 725 Culex quinquefasciatus. Only 2 positive mosquitoes were found in 1989 and 1 positive mosquito was found in 1992 among 32 960 Anopheles sinensis. The average positive rate of filarial antibodies in inhabitants living in endemic area by IFAT ranged from 2.08%to 2.70%.There was no significant difference between the filarial antibody levels of inhabitants living in endemic and non-endemic areas. It was concluded that the transmission of filariasis in Hubei province was interrupted effectively.
