| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组化（ABC法，技术检查喉上皮不典型增生、喉乳头状瘤、喉鳞状上皮癌中花生凝集素受体，刀豆凝集素受体，蓖麻凝集素受体，荆豆凝集素受体，双花扁豆凝集素受体的分布，提示：花生凝集素受体、荆豆凝集素受体、蓖麻凝集素受体的分布与其他化、增生和恶变有关；荆豆凝集素受体在喉上皮中随其恶性程度增加而增加；同一细胞膜表面可存在多种凝集素受体。凝集素免疫组化检查法是一种经济、方便、迅速、灵敏的方法，可以利用凝集素受体来检查喉部肿瘤的分化、增生和恶变程度，为临床诊断，鉴别诊断，治疗和预后判断提供客观指标。

| Abstract: | Specimeans of atypical hyperplasia,papilloma and squamous carcinoma of larynx wereanalyzed by Avidin Biotin Peroxidase Complex technique to demonstrate lectin recetors in-cluding PNA,CONA,UEA,RCA,DBA.It was found that the distribution of PNA, UEA,RCA was related to the degree of differentiation hyperplasia or malignant transformation of the laryngeal mucosa.The quantity of UEA receptors increased with the degree ofmalignant transformation of the laryngeal epithelial cells,There were many kinds of lectinreceptors on the surface of each cell. Lectin immunohistochemical method is economical,convenient,rapid and sensitive. It can be used in the examination of the degree of differenti-ation,hyperplasia and malignanty of laryngeal neoplastic cells to provide objective indices forclinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis. |
