肠炎康胶囊剂提取工艺研究靠

目的:优选肠炎康胶囊剂提取的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交设计方法考察水煎煮条件和醇提条件,以秦皮甲素、乙素和黄芪甲苷的含量为指标。结果:筛选出了水提(药材加水量8倍量,煎煮2.0 h,提取2次)和醇提(乙醇的用量为药材的8倍,提取次数为3次,提取时间为2.5 h,乙醇浓度为60%)的最佳制备工艺。结论:该实验制定了合理可行的提取工艺路线及条件,为进一步研究奠定了基础。

Study on the Extractive Technology of Changyankang Capsule

Objective: To optimize the extractive technology of Changyankang capsule.Methods: The orthogonal design method was used to inspect decoction condition and extractive condition with alcohol,the contents of aesculin,aesculetin and astragali were considered as the targets.Results: the best preparative technologies in extraction with water or alcohol were selected out.Conclusion: The experimental make a reasonable and feasible extractive technology and condition,establishing a certain basis for deep research.
