农村老年人群养老需求模式及其影响因素分析

目的 了解农村老年人群的养老需求,分析其影响因素,为寻求适宜的农村养老服务模式提供参考.方法 随机抽取60岁以上的农村老年人1 200例进行问卷调查.结果 有89.8%的老年人选择家庭养老,1.7%的老年人选择社区养老,8.5%的老年人选择机构养老.养老方式的选择受年龄、文化程度、职业、医疗保障形式、家庭人均月收入、健康状况等多种因素的影响.结论 家庭养老仍是现阶段农村老年人养老的主要方式,但从家庭养老向社会化养老过渡将成为我国未来养老模式发展的必然趋势.

Attitude to Provision Way of the Aged in the Countryside and the Influential Factors

Objective To know the will and demand for old-age provision in the countryside, and analyse the influential factors, so as to provide some basis for building 01d- age provision models, Methods 1 200 aged over 60 years from the countryside were investigated face to face. Result Those who select family support of old- age was accounted for 89.8 pereent, 1.7 percent select to live at home, 8.2 percent of them prefer to be care by the institution. The selection of old- age provision way was related to age, educational level, occupation, medical security, family finance and health state. Conclusion Socialization of family support of old- age will become tendency of old- age provision model in the future. The service system integrating living at home, eommunity service and institution support together should be built progressively.
