| 摘 要： | 目的观察羊膜移植治疗角膜后弹力层膨出的疗效。方法对16例（16眼）角膜溃疡后弹力层膨出病人采用羊膜移植手术治疗。结果16例角膜溃疡炎症均得到控制,视力较术前均有提高,角膜遗留不同程度的角膜斑翳。结论羊膜移植是治疗角膜溃疡后弹力层膨出的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of arnniotic membrane transplantation in treating corneal posterior elastic membrane ectasia.Methods Treatment of 16 cases of corneal ulcer by anmiotic membrane transplantation. Results After the surgery, the inflammation was controlled in all of the 11 eases and the corneal posterior elastic membrane ectasia. Conclusion The amniotie membrane transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of corneal posterior elastic membrane ectasia. |
