| 摘 要： | 皮肤肿瘤与其他组织肿瘤一样,存在着皮肤肿瘤干细胞,其来源可以来自皮肤干细胞,也可以来自分化成熟的角质形成细胞,还可以来源于皮肤外成体干细胞.皮肤肿瘤干细胞在体内有很强的肿瘤形成能力.皮肤肿瘤干细胞在肿瘤形成过程中牵涉到有关重要的分子和信号通路,有些分子和信号通路与正常组织不同.通过对这些通路和分子的调节,有可能找到治疗皮肤肿瘤的新途径.

| Abstract: | Similar to most non-skin tumors, there is a population of cancer stem cells in skin cancers. These stem cells may arise from local skin stern cells, fully differentiated keratinocytes, or from extra-cutaneous stem cells. Skin stem cells are endowed with great tumourigenic capacity. Many important molecules and signaling pathway, which differ from those in normal tissue, are involved in the process of tumor initiation. These findings might provide a new way to anti-tumor therapy. |
