| 摘 要： | 目的总结产后大出血的病因和预防、监测、护理措施。方法对48例产后出血达500mL以上产妇的临床资料进行分析。结果子宫收缩乏力是引起产后出血的主要因素,其次为胎盘因素,有产后出血危险因素存在的孕产妇易出现产后出血,出血量超过1500mL以上严重危及生命。结论重视产后出血的防治与护理工作,以降低产后出血的发生及产妇的病死率。
