纯钛表面聚吡咯涂层的生物安全性研究

摘    要:目的: 评价纯钛表面聚吡咯涂层的生物安全性,为口腔种植体表面改性提供依据. 方法: 分别通过溶血试验、口腔黏膜刺激试验、细胞毒性试验(MTT法)和急性全身毒性试验,初步评价纯钛表面聚吡咯涂层的生物安全性. 结果: 纯钛表面聚吡咯涂层材料无溶血现象,不影响凝血功能;短期全身毒性实验的受试小鼠心、肾、肝的组织切片均未见病理变化;口腔黏膜刺激实验未见异常组织学反应;MTT试验显示L929细胞在涂层浸提液中生长良好,细胞毒性为0级. 结论: 纯钛表面聚吡咯涂层材料具有良好的生物安全性.

Abstract:AIM: To evaluate the biological safety of polypyrrole film electropolymerized on Ti-substrates for possible use as dental implant. METHODS: The biological safety was evaluated through the experiments including hemolysis test, short-term systemic toxicity test, oral mucous membrane irritation test and cytotoxicity test (MTT test). RESULTS: The material had no hemolytic activities. The short-term systemic toxicity test results showed that no histopathological changes were found in the vital organs such as heart, kidney and liver of tested animals. No local response was observed in the oral mucosa membrane irritation test. MTT revealed that L929 cells grew well in the extract and the grade of cytotoxicity was zero. CONCLUSION: The Ti- substrates coated with polypyrrole film have good biological safety.
