海水浴体疗对老年高血压患者脑动脉血流的影响

摘    要:目的比较海水浴体疗前后老年高血压患者脑动脉的血流动力学变化。方法应用经颅多普勒超声检测老年高血压患者海水浴体疗组和对照组共65例,对比疗养1个月前后的脑动脉及血流参数变化。结果(1)海水浴组疗养后与疗养前及对照组疗养后比,心率、血压差别非常显著(P<0.01);(2)两组脑动脉显示率无显著差别0.05);(3)疗养后两组除大脑前动脉的搏动指数无显著差别外,其余各脑动脉参数差别显著或非常显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论海水浴体疗能提高老年高血压患者心脑血氧供应,改善脑动脉血流动力学和脑动脉硬化状况。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of sea water bath physical exercise on hemodynamic of the cerebral artery in the elderly with hypertension.Method65cases with elderly hypertension w ere randomly divided into two groups,35cases on sea water bath physical e x-ercise group and 30cases on contrast group.TCD were used to check patient's blood flow indexes of MCA,ACA,PCA,VA,BA at the be-ginning and the closing of one month p hysical exercise course.Result Compared with before physical exerc ise and contrast group after physical exercise,the heart rates a nd blood pressure of sea water bath group improved remarkably(P<0.01),the CA show rate of two groups was no remarkable differences.There was no significant differences between two groups on ACA PI indexes after it,the rest CA blood flow indexes were significant or much more significant (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Physical exercise can increase bloo d and oxygen supply of the heart and cerebral,imp rove hemodynamic of the CA and sclero sis of CA after some courses.
