| 摘 要： | 目的:研究庆大霉素不同用药时间对肾脏的影响。方法:将60例选用庆大霉素治疗的病人,随机分成A、B、C组。庆大霉素用量4mg.kg-1.d-1,分肌肉注射每天2次,其中间隔时间A组6h,B组8h,C组10h,连续用药5d。治疗前及停药后进行血、尿检测。结果:对3组进行观察,A组停药第2天尿β2-MG明显高于用药前(t=7.55,P<0.01),而B、C组无明显差异;血BUN、Cr测定结果显示各组均在正常范围,对比B、C组无显著差异。结论:用药时间相隔越近,对肾脏影响越大。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the influence of different administration interval of gentamicin on the kidney.Methods:60 cases treated with gentamicin were dividid into three groups(A,B,C).The dose of gentamicin was 4mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1),IM,bid on 5 successive days.The intervals in A,B and C groups were 6h,8h and 10h,respectively.The blood and urine were tested before and after administration.Results:The next day after medication the β_2-MG level was signifcantly higher than that before medication(t=7.55,P<0.01)in group A,and the variation in group B and C were little;the blood BUN,Cr levels in every groups were within normal ranges.Conclusion:The shorter the administration interval of gentamicin,the greater the influence on the kidneys |
