双锥真空干燥机的结构、节能和用材改革讨论

摘    要:提出了影响双锥真空干燥机的结构性污染、热源选择不当及大型化存在问题,建议给空洞无物的锥体内增设薄形紧凑内加热板,使干燥机干燥效率成倍提高。讨论目前存在不以设备的性价比,而以设备重量大小来论价的误区。

Abstract:In this article, the problems affecting double conical vacuum dryer, such as structure contamination, improper selection of heat source and ones created with large scale structure, were presented. It was proposed to add thin compact heating plate in cone, which can increase the drying efficiency with times. The current method to bid with the weight of equipment but not with the property was discussed.
