外周血白细胞粘附与急性前壁心肌梗死扩展的关系

目的 探讨外周白细胞粘附与急怀前壁心肌梗死区扩展的关系。方法 用直接滑行法对28例急性前壁心肌梗死患者发病48小时后白细胞粘附进行动态监测，并根据第3天及第14天核素心室造影后测得的左室射血分数及左室舒末容积分组进行比较。结果 梗死区扩展组的白细胞粘附程度明显高于无扩展组。结论 急性前壁心肌梗死区扩展可能同炎性反应相关。

Study on Relationship Between Adhesiveness of PeripheralBlood Leukocyte and Expansion of Acute Anterior WallMyocardial Infarction

Objective To investigate the relationship between adhesiveness of peripheral blood leukocyte and expansion of anterior wall myocardial infarction.Methods 28 cases with acute anterior myocardial infarction were studied.48 hours after admission ,the state of leukocyte adhesiveness in the peripheral blood was examined by using direct slide test.The cases were divided into two groups according to the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic volume calculated from radionuclide ventriculography made at 3rd and 14th days.Compare the data of two groups.Results There is a high level leucocyte of adhesiveness in peripheral blood with infarct expansion group than without infarct expansion group.Conclusion The results suggest that the inflammatory response may play an important role in infarct expansion.
