摘    要:目的:检测有机阳离子转运家族及有机阴离子转运家族在人牙龈成纤维细胞的表达,并探讨其在人牙龈成纤维细胞主动转运中的作用。方法:采用RT-PCR法检测有机阳离子转运体家族成员OCT1-3,OCT6,OCTN1-2及有机阴离子转运体家族成员OAT1-4的mRNA在人牙龈成纤维细胞上的表达,其中检测OAT1-4时以人肾组织作阳性对照。结果:人牙龈成纤维细胞有OCT1、OCT2、OCTN1及OAT1-4mRNA的表达。结论:证实了人牙龈成纤维细胞存在有机阳离子转运体及有机阴离子转运体的推测。

Abstract:Objective: To detect the expression of organic cation transporters(OCTs) mRNA and organic anion transporters (OATs) mRNA in human gingival fibroblasts (HGF) and to explore the significance of OCTs and OATs in the active transport of HGF. Methods: RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of OCT1-3, OCT6,OCTN 1-2 and OATI-4 mRNA in HGF. Human nephridial tissue was used as positive control in the detecting OAT1-4 mRNA. Results: The expression of OCTI, OCT2, OCTNI and OAT1-4 mRNA in HGF was found. Conclusion: The findings of the test verify the hypothesis that there exist OCTs and OATs in the HGF.
