| 摘 要： | 分析44例经 CT 证实的脑出血、脑血栓形成病例的临床表现.脑出血发病年龄提前,安静状态及活动时均可发病,发病时可无神志改变。脑出血与脑血栓形成临床表现无明显特异性,因此不经 CT 检查两者鉴别较困难。TIA 与脑血栓形成的关系较密切,防治 TIA 对预防脑血栓形成有意义。

| Abstract: | Dept.of Internal Medicine,Ju County People's Hospital,ShandongIn this paper,we analyzed the clinical manifestations of 44 cases withcerebral hemorrhage and cerebral thrombosis attested by CT.The resultsshowed that the average age of the patients suffering from cerebral he-morrhage has been moved up,that the patients may suffer from cerebralhemorrhage when he was either in a quiet state or in actionDuring theattack of the disease,there might be no change in consciousness.Theclinical manifestations of the two diseases are nonspecific in diagnosisand therefore,it is difficult to distinguish them without CT examination.It was also found that TIA had a close relation to cerebral thrombsis.So the prevention and cure of TIA wonld be significanting cerebral th-rombosis. |
