云南省某市流动矿工性病艾滋病认知情况调查

目的了解和掌握云南省某市流动矿工对性病艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况,为相关部门在流动矿工中开展有针对性的艾滋病健康教育工作打下基础。方法对云南省某市4个矿点的320名流动矿工进行性病艾滋病相关知识的问卷调查。所得数据用Epi 6.0软件进行录入,用SPSS 11.5进行统计分析。结果流动矿工对三大传播途径的正确问答率在72.1%~84.2%之间,较以往的调查结果有所上升。但其他的艾滋病非传播途径的正确问答率相对较低,其中蚊虫叮咬是否会传播艾滋病的正确率仅有24.3%。有关艾滋病的传播途径和预防知识完全回答正确的仅有4人,占1.62%(4/247)。结论通过多年来在人群中开展流行病学调查和多种形式的宣传教育,艾滋病宣教工作已经取得了一定的成效,但仍有不足。

Survey of the Floating Miners' Witting Situation about STD and AIDS in a City of Yunnan

Objective]To master the floating miners' witting situation about STD and AIDS in a city of Yunnan and provide basis for the health education on AIDS among floating miners.Methods]320 floating miners were investigated by questionnaires;the data were collected with Epi 6.0 and analyzed with SPSS 11.5.Results]The correct answer rate of AIDS transmission routes was between 72.1% and 84.2%,which was improved compared with the former surveys;however,the correct answer rate of the non-transmission routes of AIDS was very low,for instance,the correct answer rate of mosquito biting was only 24.3%;only 1.62% of the miners(4/247) gave 100% right answers about the transmission routes and preventive measures of AIDS.Conclusion]Success has been made through epidemiological investigation and various health educations on AIDS among the population,but improvement is still needed.
