中药制剂的不良反应分析

目的：探讨中药制剂不良反应的发生情况及其特点。方法：对我院2008年1月至2012年1月期间发生的不良反应报告进行回顾性分析，分析发生不良反应患者的性别、年龄、制剂类型、累及系统及其临床表现。结果：中药制剂不良反应呈现逐年增加趋势；女性所占比例明显高于男性，为70.13%；＞60岁患者不良反应构成高于其他年龄段，为39.93%；注射剂型不良反应占62.41%，高于其他剂型；最常见累及系统是皮肤及黏膜。结论：注意不良反应的及时反馈，在临床用药过程中加强不良反应的观察与监测，可有效减少并避免不良反应的发生，从而提高中药制剂的使用安全性。

Adverse Reactions of Chinese Medicine Preparations

Objective： To survey the incidences of TCM preparations and its features. Method： The reports about adverse reactions happened from January, 2008 to January, 2012 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively to count the gender, ages, preparation types, the involved systems and clinical manifestations of the patients suffering from adverse reactions. Result：The incidences of adverse reactions induced by Chinese medicine preparations were increased year by year;the ratio of female, 70.13%, was obviously higher than that of male;the incidence of adverse reactions in the patients above than 60 years, 39.93%, was higher than that in the patients at other ages;adverse reac-tions of injections occupied 62.41%, higher than other preparation types;the most common involved systems were skin and mucosa. Conclusion：We should pay attention to the timely feedback of adverse reaction in time , enhance the observation and monitor of adverse reaction in clinic, which could effectively reduce and avoid the incidence of adverse reaction, therefore to improve medication safety of Chinese medicine preparations.
