澳门老年人生活满意度及其影响因素研究

目的：分析探讨澳门老年人的生活满意度水平及其影响因素。方法：应用LSIZ生活满意度量表（中文版）对710名澳门健康老年人的主观生活满意度水平进行调查与分析。结果：女性对生活的满意水平高于男性；60-64岁组老年人的生活满意度水平最低。70岁以上老年人的生活满意度水平最高；经常参加体育活动、生活水准较高、经济收入有保障以及与家人的人际关系良好的老年人的生活满意度水平明显高于不经常参加体育活动、生活水准较低、经济收入没有保障以及与家人的人际关系较差的老年人。

An Investigation on Life Satisfaction of Macao Elderly and the Influence Factors

Objective: The purpose of this investigation is to assess the life satisfaction of the elderly in Macau and found out the major factors which have significant influence to the life satisfaction of the elderly in Macau. Methods: There were 710 elderly people selected by random sampling as the subjects. The Life Satisfaction Index Z (Chinese Ver- sion) was utilized as the investigative questionnaire. Results: The levels of life satisfaction of female old people were sig- nificant higher than those of the male. The life satisfaction of 60- 64 years old group was the lowest and the life satisfaction of over 70 years old group was the highest. The major significant factors influencing the life satisfaction are physical exer- cise, living standard ensuring of economic condition, and relation with spouse and children.
