复方丹参滴丸配合FAM方案治疗胃癌临床观察

目的:观察复方丹参滴丸对化疗期间中晚期胃癌患者疗效、生活质量及不良反应的影响.方法:90例中晚期非小细胞胃癌患者随机分为两组:观察组(46例)采用复方丹参滴丸加FAM方案5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)、阿霉素(ADM)、丝裂霉素(MMC)]治疗,对照组(44例)采用单纯FAM方案化疗.对两组疗效、生活质量及不良反应进行评价.结果:观察组和对照组近期疗效(完全缓解加部分缓解加好转)分别为67.4%和43.2%(P<0.05),观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05),而白细胞减少、恶心呕吐反应及心脏毒性均低于对照组(均P<0.05).结论:化疗期间使用复方丹参滴丸有改善生活质量、减轻化疗某些不良反应的作用.

Clinical Observation on Composite Salviae Dropping Pill Combined with FAM Regimen in the Treatment of Gastric Carcinoma

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of Composite Salviae Dropping Pill(CSDP), its influence on life quality and toxicity in treating advanced gastric carcinoma patients during chemotherapy. Methods: Ninety patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were randomly divided to observation group(treated with FAM regimen combined with CSDP, n=46) and control group(treated only with FAM regimen, n=44). Therapeutic effect, life quality of the patients and toxicity of CSDP were observed. Results: The objective response rate(CR PR) was 67.4% in observation group, which was higher compared to 43.2% in group contrast(P<0.05).Life quality of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Leukopenia, nausea, vomiting, cardiac toxicity in observation group were less serious than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: CSDP can obviously improve life quality of the patients with advanced gastric carcinoma and decrease side effects of chemotherapy.
