癌性气胸24例临床报告

24例癌性气胸中男21例．女3例，平均年龄59、3岁。气胸以单侧多见，右侧明显多于左侧。癌性气胸占同期住院气胸患者1．77％，其中18例由原发性肺癌所致，占同期住院肺癌0．50％。18例原发性肺癌中，15例原发于右侧支气管。转移性肺癌6例，分别来自成骨肉瘤、乳腺癌和子宫颈癌。原患慢性阻塞性肺疾患15例。以气胸为首先症状者12例。临床症状主要表现为咳嗽、气急、胸痛和痰血。

A Clinical report on 24 Cases with Cancerous Pneumothorax

There were 21 male and 3 femal among the 24 patients with cancerous pneumothorax. Theirmean age was 59. 3 years. Most of pneumothorax were found at single side of the chest, and the rightslde was more than the left. The percentage of tbe patients with cancerous pneumothorax was 1. 77% inall hospitalized patients with pneumothorax for the corresponding period. Of 24 patients, 18 werecaused by idiopath1c lung cancer, the percentage of whicb was 0. 50% in all bospitalized patientswith lung cancer for the corresponding period. Among 18 idiopatbic lung cancer, 15 cases originatedfronl the right bronchi. There were 6 matastatic lung cancer which origiuated forin was osteosarcoma,breast cancer and uterocerical cancer respectively. Of 15 Patieuts who bad suffered from chronicobstructitte pulmanary disease, 12 showed pueumothorax as first manifestation Main cliuical symptomswere cough, breathe bard, chest paiu and sputum containing blood.
