门冬氨酸钾镁治疗心律失常的临床分析

目的　观察门冬氨酸钾镁治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法　将 15 0例心律失常患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 85例 ,对照组 6 5例 ,2组在性别、年龄及病因等方面无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 2组均常规给予美托洛尔 ,治疗组给予门冬氨酸钾镁 4 0ml,静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ;对照组仅用美托洛尔常规治疗。 14天为 1疗程。结果　治疗组心律失常症状改善有效率 (85 .9% )明显高于对照组 (5 6 .9% ) ,P <0 .0 1;治疗组房性心律失常的总有效率 (76 .5 % )明显低于室性 (92 .1% ) ,P <0 .0 5。结论　门冬氨酸钾镁是治疗各种心律失常 ,尤其是室性心律失常的安全而有效的药物。

Evaluation of curative effect of potassium magnesium aspartate on arrhythmia

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of potassium magnesium aspartate in treating various arrhythmias.Methods Conventional 12-lead ECG was used to monitor the changes of heart rate and rhythm of patients in treatment group(using potassium magnesium aspartate)and the patients in control group(using beta blocker-metropolol).Clinical symptoms and signs of patients were also observed at the same time.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(85.9% vs 56.9%,P<0.01).The total effective rate for atrial and ventricular arrhythmia in treatment group were 76.5% and 92.1%(P<0.05).Conclusion Potassium magnesium aspartate is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of various arrhythmia,especially ventricular arrhythmia.
