阴道镜在宫颈病变诊治中的作用

目的探讨电子阴道镜检查在宫颈疾病诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析322例拟诊宫颈上皮肉瘤样病变（CIN）患者的阴道镜及组织病理学检查结果。结果 322例患者的病理学检查诊断为炎症24例,CINⅠ133例、CINII 82例、CINIII 83例,诊断正确率84.4%,假阳性率18.3%,敏感度为97.2%。结论电子阴道镜检查对宫颈疾病的诊断及治疗后的随访有重要价值,结合组织病理学检查可以提高诊断的准确率。

Role of Electronic Colposcope in Diagnosis of Cervical Precancerous Lesions

Objective To investigate the role of electronic colposcope in diagnosis of cervical disease.Methods 322 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN） patients with the results of electronic colposcope and histopathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results 8 cases were inflamation,111 cases were CINⅠ,69 cases were CINII,92 cases were CINIII,the correct rate was 84.4%,the false positive rate was 18.3%,and the sensitivity was 97.2%.Conclusion The examination of electronic colposcope is important for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical disease,and the precision rate could be improved by combining pathological examination.
