| 摘 要： | 目的：本文旨在探讨两种方法静脉注射异舒吉（ISDN）治疗冠心病心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法：64例心功能Ⅲ级或Ⅳ级的冠心病心力衰竭患者在强心、利尿等常规治疗的基础上，随机分为两组，治疗组，用异舒吉20mg 5%葡萄糖30ml，微量泵静脉泵入5－8ml/h，按此剂量持续给药48h，之后改为异舒吉20－30mg 5%葡萄糖250ml静滴，12.5-50μg/min，每日一次，共5天，对照组：从开始就用5％葡萄糖250ml＋异舒吉20-30mg静滴，12.5-50μg/min，每日一次，共7天，观察指标包括心功能，心电图、左心室射血分数（LVEF）、二尖瓣快速充盈期和心房收缩期血流速度（E／A）等。结果：经治疗1周后，对比结果表明先持续泵入异舒吉48h组在心功能，心电图、LVEF、E／A总有效率明显优于间断给药组（P＜0．05）。结论：先持续静脉泵入异舒吉48h治疗冠心病心力衰竭效果好。
