| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人垂体瘤组织中环氧化酶-2(Cyciooxygenase-2,COX-2)和表皮生长因子受体(Epidermalgrowthfac-torreceptor,EGFR)表达的意义。方法用免疫组织化学方法对32例人垂体瘤和9例尸检非肿瘤人垂体组织的COX-2蛋白和EGFR进行测定,评分表衡量。结果COX-2在人垂体瘤中的表达显著高于其在非肿瘤垂体组织中的表达;且在分泌不同激素垂体瘤中表达程度不同。结论COX-2的过度表达可以作为临床放射外科及药物治疗的重要靶点发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR). in human pituitary adenomas. Methods The COX-2 protein and EGFR were examined by immunohistochemicalstain. in 32 brain pituitary adenomas and 9 nine autopsied patients. COX-2 and EGFR of expression to be measured by score table. Results Tile expression of COX-2 protein in tumor tissues(average 3.24) was significantly higher than that in non-tumor brain tissues(average 0.43), and expression degree was significantly associated with hormone kinds. Conclusion COX-2 may be a potential target for treatment in addition to surgical and/or radiotherapy treatment in these benign but clinically significant tumors. |
