癌症患者腺垂体激素分泌功能的变化研究

目的 研究癌症患者腺垂体激素分泌功能的变化。方法 用放射免疫法fj-2008ps1]测定171例癌症患者与46例正常对照组的泌乳素(PRL)，生长激素(GH)，促卵泡生成激素(FSH)，促黄体生成激素(LH)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)的血清水平。结果 癌症患者组与正常对照组比较患者血清PRLGH，LH和FSH均增高，但TSH无显著差异；肿瘤转移组与非转移组比较则无显著差别；不同脏器恶性肿瘤间垂体激素水平也无显著差异。结论 癌症患者腺垂体激素分泌功能亢进，除TSH水平变化不显著外，其他4种垂体激素水平皆升高显著，这有助于我们了解癌症患者的机体变化。

Clinical study of serum hormone excreted by adenohypophysis in cancer

To study the variety and clinical value of serum hormone excreted by adenohypophysis in cancer. The serum levels of prolactin (PRL), growth hormone (GH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were detected with IRMA in 171 cases of patients suffering from cancer and 46 cases of patients with benign diseases. The serum levels of PRL, GH, LH and FSH in cancer patients were remarkable higher than those with benign diseases except TSH. And in patients with metastasis were homology to those with no metastasis. The variety of adenohypophysis hormone in differential apparatus cancer had no clinical value. Conclusions] The result suggest that adenohypophysis hormone are high related with cancer, especially PRL, GH, LH, FSH are remarkable higher than those with benign diseases. It's helpful for us to study the change of cancer patient body.
