复方甘草酸单铵联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎60例观察

目的:观察复方甘草酸单铵联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效.方法:120例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组,除给予常规护肝药物外,治疗组给予复方甘草酸单铵联合苦参素;对照组给予门冬氨酸钾镁.疗程均为30 d.结果:治疗组在改善肝功能、乙型肝炎病毒标志物阴转率、改善肝纤维化指标方面,明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:复方甘草酸单铵联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎有一定疗效.

Observation of effect of Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhetate Combined with Oxymatrine in Treating Chronic Hepatitis B in 60 Cases

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of compound ammonium glycyrrhetate combined with oxymatrine in treating chronic hepatitis B. Method: 120 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided randomly into two groups. Compound ammonium glycyrrhetate combined with oxymatrine were given to 60 patients in the therapy group besides given regular liver protecting drugs. Potassium magnesium aspartate was used to treat the patients in the control group. The periods of treatment of both groups were 30 days. Result : The treatment group was obviously better than the control group in improving hepatic function, the rate of HB virus serum markers turning to negative as well as the situation of hepatic fibrogenesis. There was obvious statistical significance(P <0.01). Conclusion: Compound ammonium glycyrrhetate combined with oxymatrine is an effective method in treating chronic hepatitis B.
