化瘀通络方联合E光治疗对黄褐斑患者LPO、SOD的影响

目的:观察中药化瘀通络方配合E光对黄褐斑患者脂质过氧化物(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:60例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,采用自拟化瘀通络方配合E光治疗。对照组30例,口服维生素C、维生素E,同时采用E光治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率86.67%,明显优于对照组(53.33%),有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组治疗后LPO明显降低(P0.01),SOD明显升高(P0.01)。结论:自拟化瘀通络方配合E光治疗黄褐斑,具有抗氧化、清除自由基的作用,起到治疗黄褐斑的作用。

Affect of the Huayu Tongluo recipe plus E-Light against patients with melasma LPO,SOD

Objective:To observe the effect of the Huayu Tongluo recipe plus E-Light on lipoperoxide(LPO) and Superoxide dismutase(SOD) in chloasma patients.Methods:60 cases of chloasma were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=30) was treated by the Huayu TongLuo recipe plus E-Light therapy;and the control group of 30cases of patient were given VitC and VitE orally plus E-Light therapy for treatment.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 86.67%,was higher than the control group(53.33%) ,with statistical significance(P<0.01) .The treatment group after treatment,the LPO was significantly lower(P<0.01) ,SOD was significantly increased(P<0.01) .Conclusion:Huayu TongLuo recipe plus E-Light therapy has better efficacy for chloasma.
