某聚氯乙烯生产企业职业病危害现状评价

目的了解某聚氯乙烯生产企业存在的职业病危害因素和采取的职业病危害防护措施,为职业病防治工作提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和工作场所职业病危害因素检测方法,进行职业病危害现状评价。结果该企业建立了完善的职业卫生管理体系,有较完整的应急救援制度和职业健康监护制度,采取设备露天布置、自动化、密闭化,安装除尘器,减振、消音防护措施,配置了个人使用的防护用品,毒物、粉尘和噪声检测结果均未超过职业接触限值。结论应根据聚氯乙烯生产企业的特点进行职业病危害预防与控制,完善所采取的职业病危害防护措施,以更好地保护劳动者健康。

Current situation assessment of occupational disease in a polyvinyl chloride manufacturer

Objective]To understand the existing occupational hazards and occupational hazard prevention measures in a polyvinyl chloride manufacturer.Methods]Field occupational hygienic investigation and workplace occupational hazards detection method were adopted for current situation assessment of occupational disease.Results] Occupational health management system was well established in this enterprise.Equipment was laid in the open air automatically and hermetically.Protective measures of dust collector,oscillating damper and silencers were adopted as well as personal protective articles.The test results of toxins,dust and noise did not exceed occupational exposure limits.Conclusion]Prevention and control of occupational disease should base on the features of polyvinyl chloride manufacture and the protective measures should be perfected to protect workers’health.
