腹腔镜胃部分切除术15例的体会

目的 :探讨腹腔镜胃大部切除术的方法及优缺点。方法 :为 15例患者行腹腔镜胃部分切除术。结果 :15例均成功完成手术 ,行B -Ⅱ式胃大部分切除术 12例 ,其中 1例术中切断胃体时因切割器故障中转开腹 ;胃局部楔形切除 1例 ;胃恶性肿瘤根治切除 2例。手术时间 2 10 5min(14 0～ 2 80min)术中平均出血10 0ml。无并发症发生 ,术后 7 8(5～ 10d)出院。胃恶性肿瘤术后随访 1～ 12月 ,无复发转移。结论 :腹腔镜胃切除术患者安全 ,创伤小 ,恢复快

Laparoscopic gastric resection in 15 cases

Objective:To explore the approach, advantage and disadvantage of laparoscopic surgery for gastric diseases.Methods:15 cases were performed laparoscopic gastric resection operations. Results:All 15 cases were successfully done. The procedures involved in Billroth II gastrectomy (n=12), proximal subtotal gastrectomy (n=2),resection of gastric submucosal benign tumor(n=1). The average operative time was 210.5 (140～280)min, the mean estimated blood loss was 100 ml, the hospitalization stay were 7.8 days. Two patients had laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancar, were followed up for 1～12 months. No paitient required conversion to open laparotomy. There were no complication. Conclusions:Based on these preliminary results, we believe that laparoscopic gastric resection operations for selected cases can be carried out safely and effectively with decreased postoperative pain and rapid recovery.
