| 摘 要： | 藁本为伞形科植物藁本（Ligusticum sinense Oliv．）或辽藁本（Ligusticum jehdense Nakai et Kitag．）的干燥根茎及根，其功效为散风寒湿邪。主治风寒头痛、巅顶痛、寒湿腹痛，性味辛，温，入膀胱经。作为藁本人药的植物，长期以来名称比较混乱，各地习用品种较多。2005版中国药典仅针对藁本药材的阿魏酸成分进行定性、定量分析，并不能有效地控制藁本药材的质量。因此，本文对藁本药材的指纹图谱进行了研究，以期对藁本药材的质量控制提供理论根据。

| Abstract: | Aim:To study and establish the fingerprints of Rhizoma ligustici by RP-HPLC and LC-MS.Methods:C_(18) column was used in the HPLC separation.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.8% acetic acid with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wave length was 304 nm.Results:Under this selected chromatographic condition,good HPLC fingerprints of Rhizoma ligustici were obtained.Conclusion:HPLC fingerprint facilitate the evaluation of the quality of Rhizoma ligustici. |
