| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。[方法]应用锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端Ⅲ、Ⅳ骨折39例,其中NeerⅢ型骨折27例,NeerⅣ型骨折12例。[结果]所有患者随访8～30个月,以美国肩肘关节医师协会肩关节评估其功能,手术治疗肩关节功能优良率为87.18%(34/39)。[结论 ]应用锁定钢板切开复位治疗肱骨近端Ⅲ、Ⅳ骨折疗效可靠,功能恢复好,是肱骨近端骨折较好的治疗方法 。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the cure effect of lock steet plate treating proximal humerus fracture. [Method] Apply lock steel plate to treat proximal humerus III and IV fracture 39 cases, among which, 27 of NeerIII fracture, 21 of NeerIV fracture. [Result] All patients were followed up for 8-30m; evaluate their shoulder joint function; the excellence rate was 87.18% （34/39）. [ Conclusion ] The said method has reliable cure effect, with good recovery, being the better method for proximal humerus fracture. |
